Sudanese Tattoos

She had these done voluntarily when she was 14 or 15 still living in Southern Sudan; it was the custom.  She said it was painful.  Today she was at the African Caribbean picnic with her grandchildren - see one of them enjoying ice cream (extra).  Still beautiful.
