Little Engineering Problems...

I've got myself a wee engineering quandary. I'm trying to attach an LED to the end of my pendulum and make it easy enough to turn it on and off.

Thought I'd worked out an ingenious way of conducting the leccy through the bearing housing but it still required more problems than I could fathom.

I turned to my previously noted miracle material, cork. It has enough play to hold the batteries in but is easy enough to shape and carve. Still gonna be nippy to do but it's an interesting problem.
