My porch

4 years ago on the bank holiday weekend our friend built our back porch. 2 years ago Martin bought some lights to string across the beams as the solar ones had stopped working. Today he put them up for me. To celebrate we had a barbecue. It made a very pleasant end to the day and made Simon's visit more special.

I have an urge to buy a disco ball to finish it off!
