Eddie's Ribs

We went out for Eddie's world famous ribs tonight in Superior, WI and then met up with some friends and they had eaten there earlier as well. It was my first (but not last) time there. 

This was one of the old signs on the wall above the booth in this nostalgic 50's supper club atmosphere. 

Normally I would chose the salad on the side instead of soup, but they were offering a cheesy kielbasa soup that the next table was raving over. 

Soooooo good...

...my dad would have loved it. Two of his favorite things in life:
