A stroll along the coast

We had Glyn's audiology appointment today which went well, Glyn hasn't lost any more of his hearing in the last 12 months, which is good news as his loss is already quite severe, after the test we drove down the coast stopped off at the cafe at Trigg beach then had a lovely walk taking in the different colours of the ocean and breathing in the fresh air, we have a lot to be thankful for.
