Twiddle muff

made for a friend's father so I have added bootlaces and am looking for a few more manly items.

Twiddle muffs are used by dementia sufferers and many people knit/make them but our local old people's home is refusing them at present for they have too many.  My friend who is an occupational therapist thinks there should be an outlet through her to the outside community and is working on it!
