First day at nursery

Nursey place confirmed on Friday, start today!

CyclopsJnr did great, MrsCyclops was supposed to bring him in at 9am and stay with him til 10am then we'd both go... But by 9.07am he was clearly joining in happily and MrsCyclops was sent out for a coffee til 10.30am. 

She picked him up later and he had been fine - been playing, had a snack, used the toilet. All good. The teacher said it was like he'd always been there.

He was very sad to leave his bag on his peg. Legend has it MrsCyclops kicked off about this very same thing on her first day at nursery in 1983.

He's been a right grumpy thing this afternoon - exhausted!
