In the caddy

Today's Mono Monday blip challenge was "organic". So here's a picture of the contents of my food waste caddy .

I spent the last 3 years overseeing the introduction of Scotland's food waste regulations. 85% of households in Scotland now have an organic food waste collection, contributing to our emissions reduction programme and avoiding methane-belching food waste going to landfill. Knew that would come in handy.
