Restrictions

I have a fractured tibia, plus a torn cartilage and tendon associated with my knee. It all happened a while ago but I didn't get the full diagnosis until Thursday last week.

I am not happy as you can imagine.

This is a picture of the knee support I have been wearing (on top of a magazine). I didn't plan this shot, just noticed it. It seems to sum things up.
