A medal!

D was chuffed to get his medal for his football team after training tonight.
C was on cloud 9 when he got home - he had gone for the cross country trails today and managed to get a place. He's always missed out before, but one of the super fast kids have left so he got a place. One v excited boy!
And he'd applied for the role of house captain/vice house captain and has got through to the next round. He now has to do a campaign to get his house to vote for him.
I went for a run at Dirleton/Archerfield today. My legs were tired after Sunday's hill run. That's my 3rd 10k in 5 days...that might also be why my legs are a bit tired. Took some nice photos of sunflowers, starlings and beach too for use in some paintings at some point! While we were there we went for coffee at Archerfield Walled Garden, yum!
