Benson Bubbler - sort of

In 1912, Portland businessman Simon Benson donated money to have drinking fountains installed downtown to keep loggers out of saloons at lunch time. That's the story.
This one, in St Johns, came much later and has only a single bowl. The real ones are mostly downtown and have four bowls.
