I'm at work late today for an event and happy to share that overall things are going well. The architecture at my workplace is rather cool. Here's a photo looking upwards from where our event will soon be held.
A few weeks ago I started taking restorative yoga classes* which have helped me manage stress quite well. Right now at work we're in one of the busiest times of the year and I am riding the waves of chaos very well in a way I never imagined possible.
*In case you are curious, the type of yoga I have started taking is called svaroopa. It uses a lot of supportive props and appears to be a great way to slowly ease into yoga.
