Poetry in motion ...

... well maybe not, but I'm very grateful to Richard Underwood for this photo of me running that looks like I'm actually moving fairly freely! It was taken about halfway round Race 1 of the three race Hatfield 5k series, in which I recorded my fastest time for nearly a year. I'm possibly in my way back!
