Mmmm

I'm a firm believer that fruit and chocolate is an abomination but mint and chocolate were made for each other.

I actually prefer mine as dark as possible with a very minty fondant centre but they aren't as interesting to photograph as this stuff (which is already in my daughter's tummy).

Hopefully inspiration and opportunity will come knocking tomorrow.
