Why won't it start?

Pete and Greg are pondering why Greg's Outboard Motor will not start. They checked the fuel supply and wondered about the electronic ignition.

Greg ultimately resorted to the Instruction Book.

He learned that the Dead Man Switch was activated. Dead Man function kills the motor if the driver falls out of the boat. Nobody was in the driver's seat while the boat was on the trailer.

After bypassing the Dead Man Switch, the motor started like a champ and Greg and Diane can now go to the Lake Roosevelt for a couple of days
