The Jacobite Queen

I was surprised to see the 'Jacobite Queen' at her mooring, since it had gone two o' clock. A helpful employee told me that she is already finished for the season, except for special charters. (Otherwise known as 'booze cruises.') The ship was built in 1949 as a ferry, the chap told me. Somewhere in England, The Solent, perhaps. Her superstructure was completely re-built, apparently. She cruises part of the canal and Loch Ness and is nearly as old as the more famous 'Waverley.'
