Paid a whopping £5.30 one-way to Livingston after work today to meet the boyfriend's lovely mother at West Lothian College, where she very kindly took me for a pampering at the College's beauty school. We both had G5 massages, using a vibrating pad/plate thing which can be fitted with different heads to provide different pressures and types of massage (have to describe that very carefully to differentiate it from something effectively very similar but with rather different applications). About 20 minutes of this was followed by a standard - but pretty damn good - back, shoulder and neck massage. Overall, a great and very relaxing experience, de-knotting my shoulders nicely!
