Sunshine

Lovely sunny day and lots of practical work which suits.

Spent most of the day moving and staking the rest of the wood. Went for a lovely stroll down the canal with good company and then had a mad rush to make dinner and get KK out of the door for football training. He's is getting special coaching at Campbeltown again but luckily it is not me driving.so I have a lovely night off.

I took this shot in the garden using a lovely old manual lens, lovely bokeh around the sunflower. The flower is about 2m tall and grown by KK

Hubby has an infected foot having been bitten by a tick. All our Health & Safety at work says to go and get antibiotics against Lyme disease. Well NHS were having none of it and gave him an antiseptic cream!! That is not the point and I cannot believe in an area like this they won't take it more seriously.
