There's only so much staying at home and following doctor's orders a person can stand.

Luckily I drive and automatic car and my damaged knee is my left one.

I drove over to Haggerston, picked up Ian and Ken and went to Berber and Q for dinner. The East London smoke house became my favourite London restaurant when it opened a couple of years ago and has remained so ever since. The only down side is they are not keen on admitting dogs.
