Steps leading to?

No-where!! These derelict steps used to be over a Horse Chestnut tree that blew down, but only half died. The council put these steps over the broken truck along the riverside, rather than cut the tree. The original stump has now grown again, so the broken bit was eventually taken away, along with the steps. They just sit now in the carpark, and are gradually getting covered in greenery.
The extra is our normally serene river walk, but at the moment a brown raging river. It has poured non stop today, and I managed a very quick walk around 3.45 pm when it eased a little. Still raining now, although not as heavy. Indoor jobs today!!!
