Fading Fast

Well , as promised here is a SP.. and kinda reflects the way i feel today ..fading pretty quick .
Not good when you wake up even more tired than when you go to bed ...but hey ho :)

I was going to do a "solid " shot of me but gave this ghost effect a go by getting up half way through the exposure time :).
