Mono Monday - Favourite Place

Alcester is our local town.  Much smaller and less famous than nearby Stratford but in many ways just as interesting.  

It has some lovely architecture (interspersed with 1960s redevelopment) and an interesting Roman history.

This is a view that I had never taken before which shows the churchyard entrance gate against some old buildings the other side of the high street.
