Autumn term

The season has changed and the new work term seems to have started too. I spent the morning working on focus group protocols, just got them drafted and sent off and, bang, a new invitation to tender arrives, a big one, not to be ignored.  So the afternoon was given over to research and yet more drafting, still lots and lots to do on it.  In between we managed to get out for a walk up by Montal (pic).  This evening, the guy who brings us our firewood called.  He was due to deliver the wood tomorrow, but said he had to deliver tonight instead. Ten minutes later a couple of cubic metres of 60cm logs got dumped on the driveway.  Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
