Candy Striped....

We have a number of Camellia trees in our garden. This candy striped Camellia is an enormous tree. The flowers are very big and and cabbagey. It occasionally produces big dark pink single flowers as well. Very strange. In the past I have tried to find out the name of the candy striped Camellia but have had no luck. We assume it was planted on this property many years ago, even before our present home was built in the mid-1980s.
