Why Do You Bother?

Evening all,

These signs are becoming increasingly prevalent in public buildings and commercial establishments i've stayed in recently.

At first i thought they were just a joke, but having being out with a twitter addict friend recently, who was tweeting in the toilet about his over active bowel, and also standing with someone who was tweeting about an out of control bonfire whilst the flames were burning up the garden furniture,

now i'm not so sure...
