High Rise urban canvas

Des Res, truly open plan, living. Close to city centre, extensive natural ventilation, plentiful running water, free urban art with each apartment....

Sights (sites?) like this are now dotted all around Manchester. Seems strange to think that less than 18 months ago the optimism was still there to keep building city apartments. Now a lot of them have either gone bust or just lie abandoned like this one until the economy picks up.

I quite like the way its being taken back by the taggers rather than just sitting there grey & depressing.
