Group hug

Today has been FULL and good. We managed to get pretty much all of Asha's school stuff that was on her list - an A4 sheet of very specific things! Straight on to play crazy golf - one of Asha's favourite things to do! I love it too because it's a gorgeous drive up north, through lovely countryside. Then from there to do a big shop to stock up the fridge for whilst Danny's away...and straight on to do a mentoring session, then immediately from there to a school-friends picnic! Phew! We walked in at 9,10! Asha was shattered. And Danny's enjoying the Ibiza Rocks closing tonight, The Kooks are playing.

Not a very good blip, but I liked all the heads together...looking at a phone on the ground for a photo!

Drama of the day;
A little girl went missing at the crazy golf - a road up the top and sea and rocks down the bottom. It was truly horrendous. The mom was screaming the girls name, Sofia...absolutely beside herself with fear. Danny got involved in the search whilst I tried to keep Asha out of the chaos. 10/15 minutes later they found the girl hiding, playing a game. Oh my goodness, it was truly awful. What a relief when D shouted they'd found her. Surely losing a child is every parents worst nightmare.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Sofia being found, safe and well (that's a BIG 'grateful').
2) Time with the school parents...they're a lovely bunch...and all so enthusiastic about Nate!
3) Getting a nice message from our town Mayor, Rafa Ruiz, in response to a comment I'd made!
