Ancient olive tree.

A successful day spent shopping and signing up for free Spanish lessons with our local council in Ibiza.
Tonight we went to the 30th birthday party of a friend we have met since living in Ibiza. We met her family who had flown over from Holland to join the celebrations and her friends and colleagues. She had hired a superb villa for the week with a swimming pool and 5 bedrooms. In the garden was the ancient olive tree in the picture. It is probably older than the house. It has become a bit of a feature with coloured lights picking out the branches in the Gathering darkness.
A lovely evening to complete a perfect day.
