Tax Future

I doubt that Kerry is much worried about his tax future; he has been living near city hall this summer; whereas in previous years he would let me photograph him, this summer he has usually told me to get lost .... until this evening when he seemed to be in a more congenial mood.  Also told me that someone has stolen his grocery cart with all of his belongings.
