Wide Angle Wednesday:Ship and Row boat

To again avoid venturing outside in the horrid wind, I looked around the house for something starting with S or R for this month's WW September theme.

Mr isbi, who claims a Viking ancestry, commissioned Jolang's husband, Curt, to make him this Viking Ship. 
Then Curt recently presented him with a little Row boat to match.

It might not look all that wide, but I did take it with the wide angle lens.
Then I experimented with layers in Photoshop to launch it on the wide ocean.

I might add that our grandson, who thinks Vikings are pretty cool, was very pleased to hear he is descended from them.
