South to North Dakota via a foot in Wyoming

Our last day in the hills. Another gorgeous day and so fresh at the cabin... in the extra. Dale and her husband Dennis built it themselves. Our first stop today Mount Moriah Cemetery where Wild Bill and Calamity Jane are buried. We got there at the right time before the tour bus and we had a wander around. We drove up to Spearfish for lunch then drove onto the Wyoming state line and said goodbye to Dale. Dianne and I turned around and went back into SD then we went onto Medora ND. Medora is in the ND Badlands, some of it in The Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Theodore Roosevelt and Mr Bubble (Harold Schafer) are big in Medora and ND. more on them tomorrow's blip! We stopped for a view of The Badlands on our way to the hotel. We were late arriving so we just managed dinner in the cowboy cafe owned by a classmate of Dianne's but he wasn't there. A lovely walk around the tiny town then into the saloon for a beer. As we came out some women were tying up their horses..... I suppose its one way to get around. Another full day, tiring but so many great things to see and experience. This part of the trip is all new now.
Thank you for all your great comments and stars on my blips, my days as you may realise are full and although I do look at your photos I've no time for comments etc. I will continue to back blip.
