Smoothie Bath

As Zion said - Allegra took her smoothie at tea as an opportunity for an extra bath! Look at her top! This was before she poured the rest on her tray and started smoothering it around with her hands!

A good day off - though very little sleep last night due to this madam, and sam not feeling 100% - but feel like the house is in more order now than it was at the start of the day! And time to chat to mum and dad, wander to the swings with sam and the kids, and lie in bed while sam took the kids into Sutton this morning so I could get some sleep after a bad night! A good "pottering" kind of day!

Oh and back blipped for yesterday.
