Thorpeness

We went to see The House in the Clouds and found that Thorpeness is a lovely place. The house used to be a water tower and was converted into a house in 1979. It's now a holiday home. The tower held water pumped up by the windmill. The boats are on Thorpeness Meare, a purpose built lake. The fourth picture is Alms houses.
