Otter Sculpture

The Otter Sculpture, Which I blipped here, but this time with less water. Pretty dull day. I don't think the rest of the week is going to be lovely weather, so blips may not be very original. The Water of Leith Walkway Trust commissioned  Edinburgh sculptor Stan Wilson in the year 2000.
