Close Encounters of the Crayfish Kind

On our early morning walk we and the Frenchies interrupted a crayfish's trek back home to the pond.
The threatening gestures from the crayfish, with his upraised claws and looming posture,  totally flummoxed both of the Frenchies. 
Abso-tootin-loutely hilarious!
