New Plaything

I've got a new plaything.

I had my 6 monthly diabetic review at the doctors yesterday. It seems that my blood pressure is a little on the high side so the nurse wants me to track my BP over the next week, so they have lent me a blood pressure monitor.

Tried this morning, could I get the cuff to stay on right, could I hell, so off I went trundling back to the surgery for some advice. Seems I was doing it wrong. Doh, stupid old fool
