Couch to 5k - Week 1 Day 1

I actually did it! I dragged myself out and managed to complete the first day of C25k without collapsing. I can still walk and talk even...

Running is harder than I remember it being - that's what 20 years of junk food does to you though :-)

Tonight's workout:
5 mins brisk walk warmup
8 x 60 second runs with 90 second recovery walks in between
5 mins brisk walk cooldown and then some stretching at home.

It doesn't sound like much, but I'm glad I did it and looking forward to more of the same in two nights.
