Got Ya!

Talk about playing hide and seek. This beautiful little red robin was doing just that for most of the afternoon. Every time I raced in to get my camera he would fly away. Then I spotted him behind the new screen (see extra) so I literally stalked him and when he came out from behind the screen I slammed a few shots off on rapid fire. They are so so cute and you can spot them from miles away, even when they're in a tree.

I think I've mentioned this before, but the red robins have been coming back to have their babies every spring since I have been at Wombat Hollow. It's always a day to celebrate when we have our first sighting of the spring.
