Castellers

It's raining!! Just got back from Tarragona when the first few drops started... I must say it's good news actually, it means it should be a quiet night with NO music emanating from the outside entertainment area....ah bliss!!
Tarragona is a beautiful city, apparently a World Heritage Site... took the tour "tren" for an hour then walked back down Ramblas Nova, where this statue stood 
It is a Castell, a custom originating in Tarragona of building a tower of humans, competitions are still held at Catalonian festivals even today.
A couple of extras showing a beautiful building in the Ramblas, and an alternative accommodation in amongst the old walled area....very quaint.
Thanks again for all your good wishes and stars, feeling better today, especially as it's cooler, the heat can be very draining :))
