Cornwall Day 6 Tide's out

Called first at Newlyn, paid for 2 hours parking and saw all there was to see in 20 minutes.
Next stop Penzance, which I recalled from last year as being full of charity shops, seemed to be slightly improved as I came across several independent gift/ art shops.
Penzance, described as 'being on its arse' by local businesses, has made a plea for free parking to encourage more visitors. Hope it gets some help.
