We've followed instructions....

Tested, moved, looked at connections etc but to no avail. We have NO landline. We live next to the exchange & we finally rang BT & reported it. No broadband, reduced to iPhone for everything.

We've had all the spiel about when & where the charge is made. They seem to think there's a problem in one of the green boxes. I hope so as could do without that expense.

Been to see blipper Hamey (my bro) as he had his kids, my nephew & niece, & their kids over. It's unusual to co-ordinate everyone & was good to see A & L, T, G, I & T!!
