Holyhead Mountain

We woke to heavy rain and thick cloud, although unbelievably there were still a lot of people heading up the Llanberis path to Snowdon, and some in most unsuitable clothing.

We opted for a walk around Holyhead Mountain as there were too many heavy showers to make climbing a good option, for me anyway as I would have had to do the leading. But it was a good walk with hot patches of sun inbetween the wet, and we did a bit of scrambly climbing up the far edge of the rocks which satisfied my need to get hold of some rock!

This is where we ate, watching those brave enough to climb... if you can spot them!
