Painted Ladys and The Trouble with Harry

Sunday walk…A lot like a Sunday drive without the car which is kinda good as The Boss was surely temped with the electric ones (Audi’s) down the road that could be ordered on his phone and driven off on an hourly basis.

However we racked up about 8Km instead walking the city belt from the harbour to Central Park, Tenara Park, The Botanical Gardens and back to the harbour with a 40 story height shift too.

This was an area of Wellington that was new to us and the park areas are filled with bird song and other botanical delights.

Between parks we met Harry the Huntaway (Extra) who was supervising his Boss with a brick removal job. I thought he looked particularly handsome so we got a pic. He was called “Harry” after Harry Potter ‘Cos he slept under the stairs in his wonderfully loved and restored Wellington wooden house.
Wellington has a lot of “painted ladies” who are always a delight to behold.
Right?
Right!
