Scabious

We had a much better journey back from Birmingham with no accidents to hold us up. Nothing of interest to blip on the journey back as it was mostly motorway driving. So it was to be a garden blip, or would have been if it hadn't been so windy. I inadvertently cut off this flower when I was deadheading on Friday morning and it was still looking fresh having been in a vase of water since then.
