The Village Show

The entries for the annual horticultural show stretch along the tables on both sides of the hall.
In the morning, exhibitors were looking very serious as they straightened their carrots or balanced their onions to make sure they looked as good as possible!
I took a few flowers.....and my succulent (blipped earlier this week) got a highly commended card!
Cream teas were available and there were some very happy children (and adults!) proudly taking prizes home!
