Oxford Open Doors

Once a year, the Oxford Preservation Trust and the University of Oxford, welcomes members of the public to explore their buildings, gardens and collections. 
It is all free of charge and gives everyone an opportunity to see places and things that would otherwise be unavailable to see. 
I crammed a great deal into the day, including six colleges, the Carfax Tower, the Castle Prison and even a trip up to the cupola of Sheldonian Theatre, where the most incredible views were seen.
