Dinner

I've always been very unadventurous when it comes to cooking rice, probably due to disasters with it in the past. I usually just boil it plain but today I tried pilau rice which was cooked with a measured amount of water and the lid tightly on the pan - eek!

But it was surprisingly tasty, got gobbled up and hardly stuck to the pan :)  Thanks bbc good food online.

Wish I'd tried it years ago.....
