Bald Eagle

Today we took a boat excursion around the island of Ketchikan. There are loads of bald eagles all over. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day and I'm just not skilled enough to overcome those obstacles, so the photos are dull and not the greatest. I stood on the open deck of the boat for a while, but even with my poncho I was getting soaked and my camera was getting wet. So here's one of the eagles. We also saw two whales breaching, but again, the photos are terrible due to the rain and the distance.
