Sorry about yesterday. I was suffering from a migraine attack. I don't get them as often as I used to, but when I do I wish I could unscrew my head and leave it somewhere.

I'm still not feeling 100% and managed to sleep funny (funny weird, not funny ha ha) last night, resulting in a frozen shoulder.
