Wanderings & Witterings

Eyes

Glasgow city centre has some fascinating and wonderful architecture. All one needs to do is lift one's eyes above the street-level shops, and hope that the street one is walking on is not one that has been 'redeveloped' with some ugly impersonal structures.

I found myself in Bothwell Street on Monday and, for once, had the time to look around, and above, me. This gentleman in my picture was surveying the entrance to what is now a sandwich shop. The extra photo gives a slightly larger view of the same entrance, taken from across the road.
